Extrusion

Helistrand can insulate primary wire and jacket single and multi-conductor cables using high-temperature resins ETFE, FEP, and PFA.

Twist and Cable

We have twinners and planetary cablers to meet most all of your cabling needs.

Braided Shield

Helistrand can braid over single and multi-conductor cables using tin copper, silver copper, nickle copper, or stainless steel.

Tape Wrap and Foil Shield

Helistrand can jacket cables using TFE tape wrap and for cost effective shielding can apply foil sheilds.

Stripe and Print

Helistrand can stripe and or print on most high temperature insulation including but not limited to ETFE, crosss-link ETFE, PTFE, FEP, PFA, Kynar, and Cross-link Kynar.
